Back Porch Fish Fry is a dry coating for frying fish with a mild but well seasoned flavour. Low in sodium, crispy cornmeal texture and finish. You don't have to add anything to this coating, just apply to moist fish fillets. We marinate our fish fillets in Cajun Garlic Sauce and lemon juice for a little extra kick.
