Fresh green tomatoes, sliced and brined until you're ready to fry them. This jar is only for making Fried Green Tomatoes. All you have to do is drain the slices, pass them through an egg wash, then coat them with dry batter (we use Gator Wing Batter, sold on this site). Fry until crisp at 175C. It only take a few minutes, and it's so good! A Southern Classic!
